Theta is commited to educating our sisters on how to minimize risk and manage risky behavior. Each chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta is required to present and review Kappa Alpha Theta and FIPG risk management policies throughout the year to all of their members. Kappa Alpha Theta Nationals and the Gamma Theta Chapter provide each of our members with a number of resources which include a Risk Manager, a Risk Management Handbook, Crisis Management Guide, and volunteers who help us plan safe social functions and educate our members on minimizing risk.
