Meeting was called to order at 5:40 PM.  Roll was taken at 5:44PM.

Special Business:

	Move into a Committee of the Whole with Sen Stovall as Chair.

	Warner Hall expect the same amount of funding as next year.  They have
estimated a contribution of $624,000 from undergraduates and $325,000
from graduates.  15% will go into the reserve account with a Spring
Budget of $120,000.  JFC will get $772,850 (this includes the minus of
$656,923 for the Reserve Account, and $536,923 for the Spring Budget). 
Total Subsidy is $535,812, a difference of $1,111 (0.22 difference %).

	Mayur protest was withdrawn.
