Element Sizing Method: Manual, Automatic based on feature sizes

User can select all or a combination of manual, feature size, global, region and other methods. The element sizing method in Sky/Mesh2 can be fully automatic. That is, the user does not have to specify anything about the element sizes. The software decides the element sizes based on geometric features and density factors in the software. If the user does not like the element sizes and spacing, THEN, s/he can change the sizes via a variety of methods, which includes overall density factors, geometry based density factors AND manually changing the sizes.
