Abstract

The Common Geometry Module had been modified to load geometric models onto parallel processing computers, using MPI functions. Various methods for broadcasting the model to the processors were attempted and timings were made of the execution speed. Measurements for the memory usage for this code were also made. This data will be useful for designing parallel applications which need solid geometry evaluations.
