Invited Speaker
Dr. Marcum has developed an established research program in unstructured grid technology
for computational field simulation (CFS). This research program is an integral part of
the Mississippi State University/National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center
for Computational Field Simulation. Dr. Marcum has also developed the AFLR technique for
tetrahedral mesh generation, a highly successful method which has been incorporated into
several commercial software packages. Dr. Marcum will speak about current issues related
to robust triangle and tetrahedral mesh generation.
