I am a Research Systems Scientist in CyLab, Carnegie Mellon University. I received my PhD and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park, and MS and BS from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. My current research focuses on next-generation secure and available networks and network DDoS defense mechanisms.
