General Information

WSSZ Z107, at 107.1 on your FM dial, has studios in Greensburg, PA, and broadcasts at 1.6 kilowatts from their tower just outside Adamsburg, PA. They are arguably the only true Classic Rock radio station serving the Pittsburgh market, and because of their weak signal, it's virtually impossible to receive their signal indoors, in the valleys around Pittsburgh, and many other places where their competitors have no problems being received. This, of course, is not fun for loyal Z107 listeners, but for those who can and do tolerate it, the reward is 19 hours or so a day of great rock and roll music. Since March, WSSZ has been going off the air at midnight and signing back on at 5 am weekdays, 6 am Saturdays and Sundays.

The station can be reached by mail at: WSSZ FM 245 Brown Street Greensburg, PA 15601 Their request line is: 412-836-3425 Their fax number is: 412-836-3425 Their office is: 412-834-0600
