Homework 1: Analysis of MiniCase 1-2

1. Read Minicase 1-2(Shearson Lehman). Analyze the case using the model introduced in class. You should be able to specify customers, products, particpants, information and information technology componets of the business process described in the case. Other points relevant to analyzing the case may be found here.

2. Please bring a report on your case analysis and answers to questions on page 37 to class. We will engage in a discussion of this case.
