Abstract
Traditionally, and in some cases currently, human resources used conference room sessions to provide necessary information to new and existing employees about the work culture and ethics. With the emphasis on employee advancement in the new corporate environment, companies now face challenges in providing necessary self-development and career advancement sessions to their employees. To address these situations TTG Consultants has developed multiple cost effective e-Video training programs to address the common needs of human resource division. These programs include virtual coaching (1-1), virtual meetings (1-few), virtual seminars (1-many). Through this article we will demonstrate how each of these programs can be applied in any business environment and present a simple cost analysis with other common training options.
