This website was created to serve as a digital form of my communications portfolio required by Claudia Kirkpatrick's Business Communications class (S09-70340-B). The assignment is described below:

What are the goals of this assignment? First, you may need to have a communications tool to use in your job search processes. Recruiters, especially in the later stages of the job search process, may ask to see the ways in which an applicant can communicate well in a professional setting. A formal portfolio is a good tool to show off your communications skills, and some recruiters require one.

Second, you can use the process of creating a portfolio will be useful to you to review what you have done this semester and see your own really considerable progress as a business communicator. You now have a much clearer idea of what it takes to produce excellence in business communications, and you are doing much better at producing that.

Third, you can take a look at the other kinds of communications tools you have been involved in creating and gain an overview of your own skills.
