Biography
In 2008 I graduated from Suffolk University with a B.A. in English with a heavy concentration in writing and workshop courses. At Suffolk I was able to take advantage of the abroad programs there and study overseas in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as Madrid, Spain. After graduating I returned to my hometown in Connecticut and worked at a small commercial printing company until deciding to pursue a Masters degree that would let me take advantage of my passion for writing and also move to a new city. As I begin my graduate degree in Professional Writing at Carnegie Mellon, I hope to explore my professional options while developing my writing and online communication skills so that I can put them towards a future career in grant writing and editing.
