My name is Qiwei Han. I am a dual–PhD student in Engineering and Public Policy at Department of Engineering and Public Policy, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade Técnica de Lisboa with the CMU–Portugal Program. Before that, I received my master degree in Information Networking from Information Networking Institute, CMU and bachelor degree in Software Engineering from Beihang University (a.k.a Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics).
