We've reserved the plaid room (the one above Skibo...yeah, that was the
best we could do) for Monday, 5:30pm. Its an informal setting but I think
it will be fine considering this will probably be a small meeting just to
get things going.
I guess the activities fair is the most immediate concern. I went to the
meeting and filled out the info so we should be set for that.
