RESEARCH EXPERIENCE |
 |
-
- November 2006-April 2008 :
Volunteer in the Center for Bioimage Informatics, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA
Wrote a program that makes URL for querying databases (Uniprot, OrganelleDB) if given words
-
- June 2009-August 2009 :
Internship at Department of Systems Biology, Harvard Medical School, Cambridge, MA
Wrote a program to model the process of embryonic development in organisms such as the zebrafish at the cellular level.
My part of the project is primarily concerned with nuclei representation and cell division.
I used MATLAB to develop figures and movies that resemble nuclei and cell division based on the microscopic images during tissue development in the zebrafish ear.
