To all Engineering, Science and Business Seniors:

We are writing to inform you about the upcoming recruiting events with Johnson & Johnson. Our company is excited to be returning to CMU to recruit for our Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD). We have had great success finding candidates from within CMU and we are looking forward to meeting all of you this year.

The GOLD program is focused on accelerating the careers of young employees who have the potential and drive to become future leaders within Johnson & Johnson. This two-year rotational program is designed for recent college graduates, who have an interest in leadership and who are looking for opportunities in Engineering, Operations or Quality. We are searching for high-potential candidates who have high academic achievements and have demonstrated leadership potential. The GOLD program provides on-the-job experience through three eight-month rotations at J&J operating companies, interspersed with a total of eight weeks of leadership development training that are designed to accelerate your career. Please see the attached brochure for more information.
