Christ, by whose truth your church on earth is led;
Christ, by whose Word and Sacrament we're fed:
come to us now in gifts of wine and bread.

Christ, by whose call your church is sent to bear
your cross of suffering and your mission dare:
yours be our strength till all on earth declare:
