I am a 3rd year PhD Graduate student advised by Prof Ken Mai. I completed my undergraduate studies long back in 2002 from Dept of ECE, IIT Kgp. I worked for 4 years at ST Microelectronics in the Embedded SRAM team.

Currently I am working on several projects

1) Virtual SRAM prototyping tool

2) In-situ SRAM characterizer

3) Sub-threshold SRAM design

4) 2D coding with erasure hints for reliance against soft errors

5) Secure IC design

I am a cricket enthusiast, and play for the Gladiators, Pittsburgh Cricket Association. Summers are all the more fun because of cricket :)

 

I am a board member of Indian Graduate Students Association (IGSA). I ventured into dramatics for the last two years, the show being a part of IGSA Diwali Nite.
