Where are your books on movies?  Or  Do you have books to help me with my chemistry lab?
	Some users will ask for a specific tool that they’ve heard of … perhaps thinking that they’ll find other books nearby that will help them … or perhaps they think it’s the best match for answering their question.  For example asking for the PDR to learn about an ailment that they are suffering with.
	The user comes to you with a question about an index or a database or the catalog and asks for help using it.
