Project Abstract

Virtualization is a broad term in computing. In general, virtualization allows one computer to do the job of multiple computers by sharing its resources across multiple environments. A virtual desktop, for example, allows you to host multiple operating systems on a single computer. Through remote access of these operating systems, virtualalization frees users from geographical limitations, while offering more effecient use of hardware resources, better desktop management, increased security, and better disaster recovery.
