Biography
I graduated from Wingate University in 2008 with a degree in Communications and a minor in English. I then decided to move to China to teach English and learn Chinese. I was able to accomplish one of these goals fully, while only partially accomplishing the other. While in China I began to apply to graduate schools that covered my wide variety of interests, from creative writing to film school. Finally, I decided on Carnegie Mellon. I look forward to studying everything that CMU is willing to offer me, with most of my interest focusing on writing for new media, cross-cultural communication, and non-profit communication.
