Venture Capital Proposal: texTrade
Dec 6, 2010 { 70-340: Business Communications, Fall 2010 }
Business Communications culminated in this written business proposal to a venture capital firm. It was a group effort that continued throughout the semester and involved designing a feasible start-up business. My group developed an online yet on-campus textbook trading service named texTrade that would facilitate the purchase and sale of textbooks between students. This proposal summarizes and then details how texTrade would operate if it were put in play. Personally, I was responsible for the layout and the "Operations" portion of this work.

This paper concludes with advice to Google's management, in regards to treatment of its employees, on how to sustain its current state of success. I was responsible for the writing under the "Job Characteristics Model" section and a large portion of the revisions.
