50-50 Raffle Ticket Order Form

Half the money raised through this raffle will be awarded to the winner in cash! The other half will benefit the Beth Samuel Religious School.

We need your payment in advance in order to calculate the prize. Your entries can not be included until your payment is received. Please send payment to be received by March 15th, or pay in person at the Purim Carnival on March 16.

The winning ticket will be selected during the Purim Carnival.

You need not be present to win - we will contact you if you win.
You need not be a Beth Samuel member to participate - the more the merrier!
Tickets will be available at the synagogue on the day of the Carnival and during Sunday School leading up to the Carnival.
If you order tickets via this form, tickets will be prepared for you and your ticket numbers will be emailed to you. You can receive your hard copy ticket stubs at the fair.
