Random Sentences (In Chinese’s characters)

When I was still a kid, I liked to write all my thoughts and feelings down on paper. As time passed by,

I lose that ability and those well-kept sentences served as the best evidence that proved my very existence as a young chap. It was the best of time, it was the worst of times!

Go onto youtube and type “Cute kitty”, press the search button, then sit back and enjoy the movies!

For some unknown reasons, I have almost no mental resistance against a cute kitty.

As long as I look into their innocent eyes, my heart melts and, they have full control of me!

JK’s Jogging Report

Since June 2009 I have started to monitor my progress in running and keep a systematic record of it after reading a book by Haruki Murakami. In overall, I can run at a speed of 8.5 miles/hour for 3 miles (no more than that) and ~ 6.1 – 6.5 miles/hours for 5 miles onward (upto around 14 miles) in Pittsburgh, PA. Recently, I have moved back to Malaysia, and I am still in the process of re-adapting to the hot, humid weather here. My current performance in Malaysia is: Average jogging speed at 7.3 miles/hour for 3.34 miles (according to google map 1 FULL lap within the USM engineering campus corresponds to 1.67 miles). For a longer distance, I could crawl at a damn-bloody-super-duper slow speed of 5.2 miles/hour (the best distance achieved so far is 5 laps = 8.35 miles).

Oct 15, 2009

I have significantly improved my speed to 6.23 miles/hour for a 5 laps run. Anyway, a crappy distance is still a crappy distance!
