We have started following the principles of “reproducible research” (RR), with the idea that the final product is the published paper together with the code, data and anything else that went into producing that paper. You may find more information about reproducible research in this short paper. Our papers following the principles of RR have a compendium attached to them, denoted by “[rrc]” (reproducible research compendium).
