About me
Jillian Bateman is a writer with professional experience in public relations, nonprofit fundraising, journalism and marketing communications, including projects in electronic media. With a background in reporting, Jillian has pursued a career in marketing communications and has more recently coordinated accounts for Krome Communications, one of Pittsburgh's top 10 billing agnecies. At Krome, Jillian worked with local and global clients, planning and executing strategic messaging for clients in varying industries.
Her specializations include:
- social networking and new media marketing
- document design
- content development
With a diverse background, which includes work in non-profit and for-profit organizations, Jillian is sensitive to corporate social responsibility and holds a particular interest in cause marketing. She is currently studying marketing communications in the Carnegie Mellon University Masters of Professional Writing Program and will complete her degree in December 2009.
Jillian is currently seeking communications employment in the greater Boston and Providence areas.
