The Blog

Blog is the short name for Web Log, a personal journal published on the web. Given the fact that simple events are so easily forgotten, I decided to write them down, so I have an informed retrospective of my life.

Graduate school is —so far— the best part of my life. I am young, I do what I enjoy the most, and I get paid to do it. I've had the chance to meet incredibly interesting people; I have met people and visited places that I never thought I would.

I am surrounded by many cultures, many languages. In fact, my life evolves in a foreign language, that I've managed to understand much better than when I first came to United States, in August 2002.

I do believe that a blog can help the author make an assesment of his or her life: A blog filled with amazing simple moments, testifies for a life worth living, a boring blog, filled with random routine, indicates that a change of lifestyle is needed.

I don't know what will happen with my blog, I don't even know how often am I going to update it. But it is my best intention to live happy, thrilled, and amazed every single day. I want to keep in mind that I'm writting the book of my life, and I want it to be a good one.
