This picture was inspired by a time lapse drawing of Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) that i saw on youtube. I wanted to see how well I could draw the same picture. I started in the summer, but never got around to finishing it... until now.

This is the first time I've every completed an illustration with photoshop or done a digital painting. There is wealth of tutorials on-line for this sort of thing and I looked at a lot of them. The artist in the video would draw the image in black and white, then colorize it with hue/saturation. I followed his technique, although I don't think I'll be using it again.
