| Mailing List Policy |
- Please do not mail any of the announcement list directly. Its a moderated list.
- If you have an announcement that you think is of interest to the Indian Graduate Student Community in CMU, please mail igsa[AT]andrew.cmu.edu in the week before the event and we will forward your announcement with our weekly digest. Typically the weekly digest is sent on Wednesday or Thursday.
- Please do not send the announcement more than a week before the event as it may be lost in the pile of mails IGSA gets.
- Please do not send multiple announcements about the same issue.
- Please try to keep your announcement request brief. Including a link to a webpage with more detailed information is recommended.
- We make our best efforts to keep the Indian community on campus informed about events of their interest.
- Please use the discussion board for requests and personal announcements. Necessary posts from the discussion board will be forwarded the mailing list if found to be of common interest to this community.
