• Get on the Parkway East (376 E) and go east, toward Monroeville, Go all the way to the end of the Parkway and exit onto Route 22 East, (you have to, 376 ends)
• Stay on route 22.
• You'll follow Route 22 for the next 45 or so miles.
• You'll pass exits for Route 66, Route 119 S, Route 819, Route 981, Route 982, Route 119 N, Route 217, Route 917, and Route 56.
• Right before you get to Route 56, Route 22 will widen back to 4 lanes from 2.
• You will pass a sign that says, "Johnstownnext 2 exits".
• The first exit is Route 56....Don't take Route 56, it is longer, slower, and there's no place to pass if you're behind a slow poke.
• About 1 1/2 miles further east is the ramp to Route 403, The exit is called Dilltown-Johnstown. This is your exit.
• Get off and at the top of the ramp, hang a right, you should be on Route 403 South. Continue on Route 403 south into Johnstown, once in the city, 403 goes right, across a bridge, and then left again, parallel to the river. The road bears right and then you go under an underpass which I think says Pennsylvania Railroad.
• You'll have to turn left, passing Point Stadium.
• Get in the right lane, still following 403 S.
• You'll have to bear left just past the stadium.
• Stay in the left lane... about 2 or 3 lights down, you'll make a left, still on route 403.
• Route 56 continues straight up a ramp to an expressway, DO NOT go up or you will not be able to get off for about 4 miles.
• After making this last left, the War Memorial should be on your right.
• You will be on Route 403 S, which is Napoleon Street.
• Turn in at the far end of the building, and there is a small lot.
