The OpenGL viewer allows you to interactively zoom, rotate, and translate the simulation volume. This is a still of the gas in test 4 of the RT comparison project.
This still shows the ionization state of the gas. The red regions (near sources which are pictured as dots) are ionized.
In this still I have toggled the gas off and just left the sources and the particles that happen to be in the most recently traced ray visible.
