Wellcome to Fei Wang's portfolio!

I'm curently a second year graduate student at Entertainment Technology Center, Carnegie Mellon University.

In the first semester, which is called "Boot Camp", I play a role as programmer and game designer in teams of 4 students to create a new virtual world every 2 weeks on all kinds of platforms.

In the second semester, I worked as a programmer in a semester long pitched project Crayon 3D. In this project, our goal is to build an interactive platform using Wii technology including 4 features: wireless headtracking, wireless finger tracking, drawing engine, physics engine.

In last summer I worked on a programming intern to improve Panda3D(developed by Disney) game engine. My worked focuses on fixing the existing bugs in Panda3D and its Max, Maya exporter as well as add more features to make them better to use.

Currently I'm in my third semester. I'm doing a project to make a  multiplyer iphone game using GPS, camera and augmented reality. I'm also taking Technical Animation class which is about character animation, physical simulation, as well as the Game Programming calss which aims to make a computer game each week.
