... we've just been really busy racing! Last week we hit up UConn and MIT for a mountain bike race. The week before that we were in Penn State for the mountain bike racing season opener. In 2 race weekends, we've earned an impressive 9 podium finishes, with even more top 10 finishes. Don't worry though. We don't just race. When the season is over (weekend of Oct 14th), we'll be holding bike wrenching clinics and small skill sessions! Finally, our Ride Coordinator, Evan (who is finally back from Korea), will be leading MANY rides for you people that are back while the rest of the officers are getting muddy in the ECCC mountain bike races. Rained out! Mega-huge group ride moved to Monday (Labor Day, 9/4) at Noon. Same place (CFA Parking Lot/Fence area). BBQ has also been bumped back to 5pm in the Donner Ditch! -Mike |

I'm not a designer, and its obvious. The old one was above and beyond my HTML skills and I didn't know how to update/expand it. None of the links work yet, but all the information you need to know for now is on this page. Please... if one of you HTML gurus can tell me WHY THE CRAP the date boxes on this entry, and the last one are larger than normal, I would greatly appreciate it. :) -Mike |

| Our first meeting is scheduled in the Danfourth Lounge in the UC @ 8pm on Tuesday, August 29th. Group ride on Saturday, Sept 2nd leaving from the fence at 10:30am. BBQ to follow. Meet at the fence at 2. Grill gears up shortly afterwards. Everyone welcome. Bring your mom. -Mike |

| The Cycling Club is back in full swing! While you guys have been on break, we've been working away at getting the year organized. We are having our first meeting of the year on Tuesday, August 29th in the Danfourth Lounge at 8pm. Every type of cyclist is welcome (road, mountain, downhill, BMX, trials, dirt jumping, cyclocross, uphill, commuting, sideways, hand cyclists, bent, fixed gear, leg shavers, non-leg shavers, squirrelies, invisible, kilt wearing, side saddle, bearded... you get idea). Come to learn about bikes and meet people. Beginners welcome! You don't even need a bike. Refreshments will be provided. -Mike |
