Targeted job training for people with disabilities.

After a comprehensive assessment of work skills interests and behaviors, individuals are offered paid work opportunities. They complete contract work in a sheltered workshop regulated by the U.S. Department of Labor. The workshop environment improves skills and performance with the anticipated outcome of integrated employment in the community.

Support the Mission and Purpose of the TOC.

Donations, grants, volunteers, and fundraising allow us to continue providing opportunities to adults with disabilities. Donations of equipment, furniture, materials and supplies are also welcome. All contributions are appreciated and acknowledged, unless the donor requests anonymity. When contributing, please designate part or all of your donation to the TOC.

Transitioning

For individuals with disabilities, the transition from high school to adulthood begins at the age of 18. The Training and Outsourcing Center (TOC) sponsors a results-oriented process that focuses on individual growth and skill development. is process starts with a transition to vocational education, followed by supported employment, and ultimately, integrated employment.
