How to Submit:

Those interested in participating should submit a short position paper or case study. Papers should not exceed 4 pages and should address a relevant issue in imaging the city/representing urban environments.

Please use the CHI archived papers format for your submission.

In addition, all applicants must attach or include an ‘image of the city’ in electronic format. Please include a brief description of the image and rationale for your choice. 

Issues explored in the workshop will be documented in an overview article, and individual papers may be accepted towards a special issue of a related journal.

Accepted participants will be required to register for the CHI workshop at a fee of $150 and to register for one additional day of the conference.
