Part 1- How to Put on Your Pants...

1. Stand up straight with your bare feet one foot apart and underwear on (if you so choose)

2. Using your hands lift up pants facing away from you about 2.5 feet off the ground

3. Lift your left leg so it is hovering above the opening of the left pant leg

4. Point your left foot and direct it into the tube of fabric, or left pant leg

5. Once left foot is through the bottom opening of the pant leg place foot back on the ground

6. Repeat steps 3-5 using your right leg

7. Using both hands hold either side of the top of the pants and pull up until the top of them is around your waist

8. Use your left hand to hold the left flap of the pants with the button steady

9. Use your right thumb and pointer finger to push the button on the left flap through the hole on the right flap

10. Use the same two fingers to grasp the zipper on the crotch and pull it up until it stops

11. Do this at least once a day for six days out of every week

12. On the seventh day purposefully choose not to follow these steps
