Recruitment is "the action or process of recruiting; the process of adding new individuals to a population or a subpopulation by growth, reproduction, immigration and stocking" -- Merriam-Webster Dictionary It is our belief in the Gamma Iota Chapter that the most important member of our house is the next one and because of that we have dedicated ourselves to recruiting the best men on campus.
