GFP tag inserted between amino acids 2 and 3 of 448
The CD retrovirus has inserted into intron 1 of 3 in the mouse gene Tuba-1.
Staining of the microtubules of the cytoskeleton is seen. The insert shows the appearance of a joining microtubule bundle between two daughter cells in the process of finishing cytokinesis.
