I am a second year Ph.D. student in Information Systems in Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
My advisor is Robert E. Kraut. My current research examines how groups and players find appropriate matches using different assessment factors, assessment methods, and recruiting sources and whether players and groups who find an appropriate match become more committed to their groups and players.
During my spare time, I love to travel all around the world, see
movies & animation, play games, listen to the music (New age &
Jazz in particular), and talk with other people.
