Research Interests

My research interest lies in large-scale data analytics in the broader field of management information system and telecommunication policy.

I'm interested in developing quantitative methods that leverage rich data to gain deeper understanding on behaviors of various business factors, and insights on firm decision making and public policy interventions. In particular, I participated in several industrial data-driven business analytics projects including developing and experimenting various recommender system, evaluating retention-related strategies in telecommunication services, and modeling consumer search footprint in social environment, etc.
Methodologically I'm interested in statistics, econometrics, machine learning, microeconomic modeling and game theory.
