Jack Lim has been dancing for about 6 years, when he first came to Carnegie Mellon. He loved it so much that he became president of the club his second year and has continued being an active member and dance competitor ever since. From 2001-2002, he picked up Salsa and West Coast Swing in Portland, Oregon, and led a salsa formation team to 3rd place in the 2002 NW Regional Dancesport Championships. To give back to the community that has provided such a wonderful social environment at CMU, Jack started volunteering beginner dance classes in summer 2003. Being enthusiastic about dancing is second nature to many dancers and if you are new to dance, Jack hopes you bestow him the privilege of welcoming you into this fun and exciting activity.
