This will be updated more in the future.  For now here is how you get the camera to track the line outdoors.

1) Use RGB mode with White balance off (camera default or cr 18 40) 
2) Make sure Autogain is on (camera default or cr 19 33)
3) Wait 5 seconds
4) Grab the mean color (gm)
5) Take the mean of the green channel
6) Use the mean green as your threshold and track color brighter than it 
	(tc 0 245 threshold 245 0 245) 
7) Use line mode so that you get a binary image of the line to post process
