I'm an aspiring interaction designer. My specific interest is in service design, and I'm also interested in wayfinding, architecture, coding, behavioral economics, and cognitive science among other topics.
I recently worked on a research project with user experience experts Dana Chisnell and Cyd Harrell where we studied the usability of government election websites. A paper was presented at the HCI International 2013 conference in July.
Before graduate school, I worked for almost three years at Temkin Group, a customer experience consulting firm.
Until very recently, I also wrote for and did content development for Design Museum Boston.
