Abstract
Wikipedia is the public online source of information. People can publish and edit as they please thus allowing for multiple people to contribute to on subject rather than just a few people to say whether or not something is correct. This also posses other problems because people could possible lie about certain facts or not have enough factual support to back it up. The more popular topics may or may not have this problem but the smaller topics, for which people do not check constantly, this could be a big problem. Wikipedia started in 2001 and has grown rapidly since then.
