How many girls (boys) should I expect?
The tracks are expected to be between 25-35 students.
How big a room should I get?
All tracks will take place inside the UC, and the committee has secured the rooms for you. You will be assigned a room on the second floor for your presentation, and we will contact you with your room assignment and the time you can enter the room for set-up.
Do I need to be available for both sessions?
This year, the format has changed. Your presentation will occur in the second session (from 2:00 – 3:00pm) – however, you will be making your presentation in two 25-minute parts, for two distinct groups of students.
How long are the sessions?
The first of your two presentations will run from 2:00 – 2:25pm, and the second of your two will run from 2:30 – 2:55pm, with a 5-minute break while we move the student groups to their next presentation.
