About A Tower
The A tower of Mudge house was originally a mansion owned by the Mudge family. This building was donated to Carnegie Mellon University, and was converted into a graduate dormitory. Later, the other two wings were added. The first floor of A tower features lounges, a television room, and the library. The Mudge Apartment is also on the first floor. The second and third floors are dormitories. A tower is connected to B and C towers through the basement. The basement of A tower has storage space, a kitchen, and vending machines.
