As defined by Habitat for Humanity
International, there are three main goals of a campus
chapter: building, fundraising,
and education. We will address all of
these goals. We will build through sponsoring Saturday
work days and a spring break trip. We will raise funds
for local and international efforts through on-campus
events. Finally, we will educate by addressing issues
such as housing conditions, poverty, and building
construction during our campus meetings.

CMU Habitat Board Members Carnegie Mellon’s Habitat for Humanity is lead by a selected board of student volunteers. Representing all grade levels and studying a wide range of majors, these students devote many hours of their busy schedule each week to running the campus chapter.
