Kant, Kuhn, and the Rationality of Science

Statement of purpose:
This conference is designed to give graduate students the opportunity to deliver and hear talks in philosophy, philosophy of science, and logic, while establishing peer contacts in the field. It is an opportunity to give research-oriented talks in a professional setting. Since the talks will be aimed at graduate students, we hope they will be accessible to most attendees. Attendance of the conference is free and open to the public.
 
Call for papers:
The talk should not exeed 30-35 minutes. Each presentation is followed by a discussion of 10-15 minutes.

Deadline for submissions is January 5 2000.

Please submit two copies of your paper either in hardcopy to

Conference organization:
Friday evening: Opening reception.

Saturday: Keynote address followed by student talks. End of the conference party.

We will try to provide private accomodations for participants.
