These courses are provided through a partnership between Staff Council and Human Resources.
All classes are held 5:15 - 6:00 pm at Whitfield Hall, 143 N Craig Street.
The classes start with a warm up, continue with the evening's focus, and end with a cool down.
Changing space is available.

This class is designed to reduce fatigue, anxiety, and depression; control body fat; condition your heart and lungs; increase your energy level and stamina; and improve your mood. You will do both aerobic and floor work in this class.
This class focuses on improving flexibility, strength and balance for the total body. We will go through a series of movements engaging your body and mind. This program will leave you feeling refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well being. You will concentrate mainly on floor work in this class.
This class encompasses the entire body. You will work your arms, legs, waist, inner thighs, outer thighs stomach and buttocks. Weights are welcome to increase intensity, but not mandatory. In this class, you will start with some stretches and work your way into the a full body workout routine starting with arms, moving to the waist and stomach, and ending with lower body floor work. After the cool down you'll feel better than you have ever felt!
This class is Energizing and Uplifting. It is designed to blend your own hidden strengths with the art of self defense, dance and boxing. Combined with powerful music you have the recipe for the most challenging workout you could ever possibly imagine. Results are immediate as Tai-Bo takes your body to your next level of physical and mental fitness. It covers all fitness components. Increased strength and power, muscular endurance, cardio fitness, flexibility and agility are results of this high powered training session. It burns fat like no other workout known and your body will feel like never before. Challenge yourself and see how powerful you can be. You are sure to enjoy this invigorating workout!
