with a group of believers who love the Lord and want to pursue Him has
opened my heart more to the Lord. I have been greatly encouraged by
all the saints in the Friday night group to sing more, get into the
Word more, love the Lord more, depend on Him more in all matters and
things, and be one with the saints!" -student

besides meeting a wonderful group of people I can trust, I have found
that the Friday night fellowship offers me a way to become one with
other people seeking the Spirit of the Lord. People that want to enjoy
the Lord in many ways. Coming from a strict religious upbringing, I
found the openness and expression of Spirit much more enjoyable than
what I had in my past. This new found enjoyment has lifted my spirit
and provoked me to truly seek the Lord. Plus, I love the comradery within
the group, the youth and charisma seems to shine through at the most
opportune moments. I appreciate that considering that I may lack youth
and charisma at times, not only for the Lord but also for other people.
But, the fellowship definitely reminds me to approach the love of the
Lord and my brothers and sisters in a positive way." -student

"The Friday night young adults meetings have refreshed my love for the Lord Jesus and for the members of His Body. Every week I feel motivated to finish my homework as quickly as possible in order to spend more time with the saints (believers). The more I'm with them, the more I need them; want to know their needs; and want to know their experiences of Christ. In addition, the Friday night group has helped me to learn new songs, given me the opportunity to engage in enjoyable spiritual spam, and encouraged me to touch my human spirit everyday." -student |
