- Lu Rou with Rice
In
China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the nightlife is something
truly unique. When the sun sets, vendors with little carts
fill the streets with delicious food, clothing, jewelry
and anything you wish to buy. The streets are alive with
laughter; appetizing aroma and crowds of happy people everywhere.
So we came up with our version of night market, one of our
most popular events, right here in CMU's Wean Commons. We
invited ASA, TSA, Mayur, SIAM, SSA and many more Asian clubs
on campus, and the turn out was spectacular! Over 1000 students
as well as faculty members showed up to get a taste of the
exotic food and drinks, fun games and traditional crafts.
It was our biggest and most successful event of the year.
